The matching body strap is approximately 116.5 cm long and is intended to help position Lil Hottie over clothing around the belly or lower back. It is optional and is not required to use the product.

Allow it to dry completely before storing or charging. Only recharge Lil Hottie once it has cooled to 40°C or below. Store Lil Hottie in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns across Australia and New Zealand for eligible unused items in their original condition with all original packaging. This is not a product trial.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return to be eligible, the item must be:

In its original, unused condition.
Returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Free from any damage, marks or signs of use.

To start a return, please contact our team first via hello@lilhottie.com.au. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item back.

You are responsible for return postage for an approved change-of-mind return. If the product is confirmed faulty, Lil Hottie will cover reasonable return or replacement costs.

If your change-of-mind return is approved after inspection, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The 30-day window, unused-item conditions and original-packaging conditions do not apply to faulty products. If your Lil Hottie is faulty, damaged or not operating as intended, stop using it and contact Customer Care so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. If the product is confirmed faulty, Lil Hottie will cover reasonable return or replacement costs.
