Products & Pricing

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD), depending on the selected region, and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Product colours may vary slightly from images shown on screen.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. Afterpay is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Select Afterpay as your payment method during checkout and follow the prompts. Approval, eligibility criteria and late fees, if applicable, are determined by Afterpay and are subject to its terms and conditions. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns across Australia and New Zealand for eligible unused items in their original condition with all original packaging. This is not a product trial. This policy applies consistently across Australia and New Zealand. Nothing in it excludes or limits rights or remedies under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Warranty

Every Lil Hottie includes a 12-month warranty from the original purchase date covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding - is the property of Lil Hottie and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lil Hottie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or, for New Zealand customers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including statutory guarantees.
